At SY Sustainability, we believe that impact begins with the choices we make. That is why a portion of our profits is dedicated to supporting and strengthening the Instituto Filhos do Amanhã, our social impact initiative, also founded by Pollyana Andrade, SY’s co-founder. Through this connection, part of the value generated by our consulting work is reinvested directly in education, innovation, and human development.

The Instituto Filhos do Amanhã serves as a reference center for the Inside Maker for Kids methodology, which integrates maker culture, scientific inquiry, project-based learning, social-emotional development, arts, sustainability, and creativity, placing children at the heart of the learning process. The methodology has been implemented across diverse contexts and territories — including the Federal District, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, the Amazon, and the Parnaíba Delta — reaching hundreds of children, supporting educator development, and generating original educational content.

In this way, every SY project also helps plant the seeds of new futures.
